Choose the size family you can provide for. Breath of Life matches families with donors who can help make the season a little easier by purchasing gifts for local moms and their children in need.
2. Purchase New & Unopened Gifts
Purchase new and unopened gifts specific to the family you choose. Once matched, you'll get the details: ages and interests of the children and the needs of the family to make your shopping easier.
3. Wrap & Label gifts before Delivering
Wrap, label and deliver gifts to Pathway Pregnancy Services 1930 Veterans Memorial Hwy. Islandia, NY 11749 Suite 4 by December 13, 2023.

CAN'T ADOPT A FAMILY BUT STILL WANT TO HELP?
If you are unable to provide for an entire family, gift cards and monetary donations are welcome. Any monetary donations of any amount will go towards the purchase of supermarket and department store gift cards to help with holiday food items and other needs for their families during the season.
