WHAT YOU WILL FEEL

Fatigue, frequent urination, nausea with or without vomiting (morning sickness) TIP:  Carry saltine crackers with you at all times-this helps, heartburn, indigestion, food aversions and or cravings, breast changes (tender, heavy, tingling), mood swings.

1-3 MONTHS

4-6 MONTHS

Fatigue, decrease in urination, decrease in nausea and morning sickness, constipation, heartburn, indigestion, breast enlargement, nasal congestion, headaches, increase appetite, mild swelling of ankles and feet, fetal movement, whitish vaginal discharge.

WHAT YOU WILL FEEL

7-9 MONTHS

Get as much rest as possible,

YOU SHOULD...

Same symptoms as 2nd trimester with stronger and more frequent fetal movement, achiness lower abdomen or along sides, leg cramps, backache,  differculty  sleeping, shortness of  breath, Braxton Hicks contractions, (tightening of stomach for about a minute, this is normal), colostrum leaking from nipples, increased apprehension about labor and delivery. 

WHAT YOU WILL FEEL

See your doctor, avoid all alcohol,  drugs, and cigarette smoking during pregnancy, start pre-natal vitamins, Get plenty of rest. Take a photo of your belly!
